Boat Building

  • Small boats built on contract down at the shop in Cayo Quemado. Right now we are building a Phil Bolger 27 foot fast launch of wood/epoxy construction. The goal is an ultralight launch with 25 mile per hour speed with a 25 horsepower outboard. The styling of this boat is reminiscent of the 1930's.

    On the drawing board is a 10 foot nesting dinghy.

Cruising Boat Re-fits

  • We currently have two boats at the dock being re-fit: "Adios" and "Miss America." We do mechanical, electrical, plumbing, rigging, woodwork, fiberglass, and painting. We can also install the new gear that you order through Rio Sources. Ask for a labor estimate.

Sailboat Delivery

Casey will be anchored up "by the bridge" on "Retriever" every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Just call on VHF 68 or phone 5054 6596 and he will come to meet you and discuss your order. You can also reach him by phone any day. Sunday through Wednesday he is down at the boatshop in Cayo Quemado and can't be reached on VHF.
